IIT Bhubaneswar Partners with pManifold for EV Training

IIT Bhubaneswar Research and Entrepreneurship Park (IITBBS-REP) has partnered with pManifold EV Academy Pvt. Ltd. to launch advanced certificate programs in e-drives and battery systems, aiming to enhance expertise in electric vehicle (EV) technology. The MoU, signed on October 16, 2024, will focus on collaborative efforts in research, consulting, and training across new energy areas, including wider zero-emission vehicles and green technologies like hydrogen and carbon capture. The curriculum is tailored for professionals with a BTech degree, covering key topics such as EV design, energy storage, charging networks, and sustainability, delivered through a mix of live sessions and hands-on labs. Students will benefit from industry exposure, including internships with startups at IIT Bhubaneswar, fostering practical skills and networking opportunities. This initiative aims to produce industry-ready talent, addressing the growing demand in the automotive and e-mobility sectors.
