Rajgion Davis, 55, has been arrested and charged with criminal homicide, attempted murder, and aggravated assault for intentionally driving into 53-year-old Stephen Fistner in Whitehall Township. The incident occurred on Friday evening around 6:05 p.m. in the 1300 block of North 14th Street. Fistner was pronounced dead at Lehigh Valley Hospital-Cedar Crest shortly after. The Lehigh County Coroner's Office has ruled the death a homicide, and an autopsy is scheduled. The investigation is being conducted by the Whitehall Township Police Department, the Lehigh County District Attorney's Office, and the Lehigh County Crash Reconstruction Team.
