Davis Commodities Launches $30M Bitcoin, Tokenization Strategy

Davis Commodities Limited, a Singapore-based agricultural commodities trader, has launched a $30 million strategic initiative to integrate Bitcoin reserves and Real-World Asset (RWA) tokenization into its business model, aiming to revolutionize commodity trading through digital finance. The company plans to allocate 15% ($4.5 million) initially to Bitcoin as an inflation hedge, with the intention to increase this to 40% over time, leveraging Bitcoin's strong historical returns from 2023 to 2025 to enhance financial resilience and portfolio diversification. Additionally, $15 million (50%) will be invested in tokenizing agricultural commodities like sugar, rice, and edible oils to unlock liquidity, streamline transactions, and improve efficiency, targeting a projected $50 million boost in annual revenue within 24 months. The remaining 10% ($3 million) will be used to upgrade technological infrastructure and strengthen strategic partnerships for seamless integration of digital assets.
