Selena Gomez and David Henrie Reunite in Disney Sequel

Selena Gomez and David Henrie are set to reprise their roles in the upcoming Disney Channel sequel, 'Wizards Beyond Waverly Place', which premieres on October 29, 2024. The new series follows adult Justin Russo as he attempts to live a non-magical life, while Alex brings a young wizard named Billie, played by Janice LeAnn Brown, into the fold. The first trailer for the series was released recently, showcasing the duo's effort to guide Billie in controlling her newfound magical abilities. Gomez will appear as Alex in the pilot episode and serves as an executive producer alongside Henrie. The show features familiar directors from Disney Channel, including Raven-Symoné and Danielle Fishel. Fans can expect the first eight episodes to be available on Disney+ the day after the premiere.
