Man Accused Strangling Massachusetts Child Arrested Maine

In a separate case in the United States, Dominque Bailey was arrested in Lewiston, Maine, after allegedly strangling a 5-year-old child in Peabody, Massachusetts, stealing the child's mother's vehicle, and fleeing to Maine.
