Saskatchewan Votes in Provincial Election

In the Saskatchewan provincial election held on October 28, the Saskatchewan Party, led by Premier Scott Moe, maintained a stronghold in rural areas, winning or leading in 33 seats compared to 26 for the NDP. Despite the NDP gaining support in some rural ridings, it failed to secure significant seats, although it did reclaim Athabasca in the north. The election featured a new constituency map, impacting incumbents, particularly in urban areas. Early voting was historically high, with over 273,000 advanced ballots cast before election day.
