Park Tavern in St. Louis Park, Minnesota, will reopen today after a tragic incident on Sunday, where a drunk driver, Steven Frane Bailey, with a blood alcohol content over four times the legal limit, crashed into the restaurant's patio, killing server Kristina Folkerts and customer Gabe Harvey, and injuring nine others. Bailey has been charged with two counts of criminal vehicular homicide and nine counts of criminal vehicular injury. The establishment has received significant community support and will host a special event for Methodist Hospital employees, where Harvey worked, before reopening. A permanent memorial for the victims will be created at the site. The reopening comes amidst community grief and efforts to support the families of the victims.
