Adani, Jio-bp Expand Fuel Retail Partnership

Adani Total Gas Ltd. and Reliance Industries' Jio-bp have entered a strategic partnership to offer each other's fuels at select retail outlets across India. Adani Total Gas will sell Jio-bp's petrol and diesel at its CNG stations, while Jio-bp will integrate Adani's CNG dispensing units at its own fuel stations within authorized areas. This collaboration leverages both companies' infrastructure to expand fuel access and enhance customer experience at current and future outlets. The alliance marks the second major collaboration between Adani and Reliance, who earlier partnered on a power supply deal. The move comes as private sector players seek to challenge the dominance of state-run fuel retailers. Adani Total Gas operates around 650 CNG stations, while Jio-bp manages about 2,000 fuel outlets nationwide.
