San Francisco DA lawsuit

The incident occurred six months prior, when Thomas mistakenly asked Jenkins about the color of her underwear in a message intended for a close friend who was grieving the loss of his father. Although Thomas quickly apologized, he was fired the same day, with his dismissal characterized as a result of 'misogynistic behavior.' In his lawsuit, Thomas claims defamation and argues that his message was a harmless joke meant to lighten his friend's mood, asserting it lacked any inappropriate intent. Furthermore, the lawsuit brings to light a previous allegation against Thomas regarding sexual harassment from 2018, complicating his narrative and raising concerns about his past conduct. Thomas is seeking compensatory and punitive damages through a jury trial.
