Liverpool agrees £116m Florian Wirtz transfer from Bayer Leverkusen

Meanwhile, Liverpool's Jeremie Frimpong recently joined from Leverkusen for £29.5 million, and the clubs are discussing a potential transfer involving Liverpool defender Jarell Quansah moving to Leverkusen, who are seeking to replace Jonathan Tah, who departed for Bayern Munich. Quansah, 22, struggled for consistent playing time under Liverpool's current manager and could find more opportunities at Leverkusen, managed by Erik ten Hag. Additionally, former Rangers manager Giovanni van Bronckhorst is set to join Liverpool's coaching staff, replacing John Heitinga.
