Multiple Fatal Crashes Investigated Across States

A series of fatal vehicle accidents have occurred across several states recently. In Athens, New York, Sean Horsford, 54, was killed when his tractor-trailer veered off I-87 and caught fire. Meanwhile, in Tigard, Oregon, 21-year-old Hayden Hackney died in a collision with a Ford F150, leading to the arrest of the other driver, Jason Burgess, on multiple charges, though the manslaughter charge was later dropped. In Pennsylvania, 41-year-old Neil Plumber lost his life when a Toyota Tacoma lost control on I-376 and crashed into his vehicle. Additionally, 58-year-old Stephen Rosberg died in a wreck on Interstate 565 in Huntsville, Alabama. A separate incident on Interstate 24 in Christian County, Kentucky, also resulted in a fatality involving a tractor-trailer, though the driver's identity remains undisclosed.
