Deadloch Season 2 Production Begins in Darwin

Production has commenced on the second season of the acclaimed Amazon Original series 'Deadloch', relocating the storyline from Tasmania to the Northern Territory, specifically Darwin. The new season features returning stars Kate Box and Madeleine Sami as detectives Dulcie Collins and Eddie Redcliffe, who investigate the murder of Eddie's former partner while uncovering a larger mystery. New cast members include Steve Bisley, Shari Sebbens, and Jean Tong, who will make her acting debut. The six-episode season is created by Kate McCartney and Kate McLennan, who also produced the first successful season that reached the Top 10 TV Shows in over 165 countries and won multiple awards. Filming will continue in Brisbane after the Darwin shoot, with the series expected to maintain its signature humor amidst the heat of the tropics. The production has received support from Screen Queensland and Screen Territory.
