Arkansas State Capitol Hosts Charlie Kirk Memorial Exhibit

Arkansas Secretary of State Cole Jester announced a memorial exhibit honoring conservative activist Charlie Kirk, founder of Turning Point USA, to be displayed at the Arkansas State Capitol starting September 25 and continuing through October. Kirk was fatally shot while speaking at a Turning Point USA event at Utah Valley University on September 10, 2025. The exhibit, located on the second-floor rotunda of the Capitol, aims to celebrate Kirk's life and legacy and ensure his message continues to be heard, emphasizing debate through words rather than violence. Since his death, Kirk's organization has seen growth with new chapters forming, including several in Arkansas. This memorial follows national gatherings, including a large memorial service in Arizona honoring Kirk's impact.
