Weather Alerts Across India Amid Heavy Rainfall
The Indian Meteorological Department (IMD) has issued a 'yellow' alert predicting heavy rainfall with thunderstorms and strong winds across parts of Haryana, including Gurgaon, and Delhi over the next few days. Delhi recorded a maximum temperature of 35.2°C on Tuesday, with the forecast indicating a dip due to the impending rain. Rajasthan has experienced extremely heavy rainfall, causing flood-like conditions in Jaisalmer, Pali, and Jodhpur, with disaster management teams deployed. The IMD has issued 'orange' alerts for Gujarat, Rajasthan, and other states, forecasting severe weather conditions. Pune and Himachal Pradesh remain on high alert due to continuous heavy rainfall leading to significant disruptions.
