Separately, a shooting outside Dotty's Casino claimed the life of 31-year-old Richard Banda, who was shot while outside the casino; the suspected shooter was reportedly driving a stolen vehicle. Salvador Delgadillo was arrested in connection with another fatal shooting that occurred on the same day, March 11, where a victim was shot in a parking lot and the suspect fled.
