Saptak Talwar Ties Sixth at Indonesia Open
Indian golfer Saptak Talwar achieved his best result on the Asian Tour by finishing tied for sixth at the Mandiri Indonesia Open, concluding with a total score of 12-under 272 after a final round of 4-under 68. This marked Talwar's first Top-10 finish on the tour, following rounds of 69-67-68-68. Meanwhile, England's Steve Lewton won the tournament in a sudden-death play-off against Australia's Aaron Wilkin and China's Sampson Zheng, both of whom finished at 16-under. Talwar's previous best performance was a T-2 finish at the Jaipur Open on the PGTI. Other Indian golfers in the tournament included Khalin Joshi and Manav Shah, who both finished tied for 30th at 7-under.
