Jharkhand Chief Minister Hemant Soren has criticized the BJP's upcoming 'Parivartan Yatras', labeling them a threat to social harmony and accusing external political leaders of inciting communal tensions. In response, the BJP plans to launch six 'Parivartan Yatras' across the state, beginning on September 20, to highlight the alleged failures of the JMM-led government and rally support ahead of the assembly elections. The campaign will cover all 81 assembly constituencies and is expected to traverse 5,400 kilometers, with participation from numerous national and state-level leaders. Amit Shah is set to kick off the yatra in Bhognadih, a significant site linked to the Santhal rebellion, and will address public rallies along the route. BJP leaders, including former Chief Minister Babulal Marandi, claim widespread corruption and mismanagement by Soren's administration, while the CM's government has yet to respond to these allegations. The political landscape in Jharkhand is heating up as both parties gear up for the electoral contest.
