Betty Boop Musical to Open on Broadway

BOOP! The Betty Boop Musical, directed by Jerry Mitchell and featuring music by David Foster and lyrics by Susan Birkenhead, is set to open on Broadway in April 2025 at a Shubert Organization-owned theatre. The show, based on the iconic character created by Max Fleischer, follows Betty as she explores present-day New York in a colorful adventure. The Broadway production will retain its lead actress, Jasmine Amy Rogers, who played the title role in the Chicago premiere.
