Greenwood, Indiana, is set to unveil its new $10 million Sports Park this Friday, featuring eight hybrid turf fields designed for baseball and softball tournaments. Mayor Mark Myers emphasized the importance of this complex for the community, stating, "We want to get in the game" and enhance the area's sports offerings. The park, located near Interstate 65, includes amenities like a splash pad, playground, and cricket pitch, and is anticipated to host its first softball tournament this weekend.
