Florida Woman Injured in Road Rage Shooting

A couple from Fort Lauderdale experienced a harrowing road rage incident on Interstate 595 that ended with one of them, Shondy, being shot in the head. On Friday night, as they were driving, a black pickup truck aggressively tailgated them, prompting Jeff, the husband, to maneuver away. Suddenly, the driver of the truck swerved back and fired multiple shots, one hitting Shondy in the head while the couple was still in motion. Shondy was hospitalized but has since been released, while the couple is urging witnesses to come forward with any information about the assailant. Investigators are actively searching for the suspect and have described the vehicle involved as a black pickup truck. The Broward County Sheriff's Office is asking anyone who saw the incident to contact them with tips.
