Jackie Chan Stunt Team Guides Spider-Man Brand New Day Action

Jackie Chan has confirmed that his stunt team is working on the action sequences for Marvel Studios and Sony Pictures' upcoming film Spider-Man: Brand New Day, directed by Destin Daniel Cretton. Chan recently visited the production set in London, where he met with Cretton, who was surprised and excited by Chan's presence. This collaboration marks a continuation of Cretton's previous work with Chan's stunt team on Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings. Tom Holland, reprising his role as Peter Parker/Spider-Man, is performing many stunts himself, paying tribute to Chan's influential martial arts style. The film will also feature returning cast members Zendaya, Jacob Batalon, Michael Mando, and newcomers such as Sadie Sink, Jon Bernthal, and Mark Ruffalo. Spider-Man: Brand New Day is scheduled for release in U.S. theaters on July 31, 2026.
