Multi-City Road Closures Disrupt Traffic
Highway 75 in Tulsa, Oklahoma, was closed in both directions between Pine and Apache following a semi-truck rollover that scattered metal piping across the roadway, with police diverting traffic and assessing injuries. In Minot, North Dakota, a newly rebuilt and repaved road near Dakota Square Mall has reopened as part of the ongoing Puppy Dog Coulee project, while further construction continues near Target and other local businesses. Meanwhile, in Omaha, Nebraska, 29th Street between Farnam and Interstate 480, along with the southbound ramp to I-480, will close for approximately eight weeks starting June 23 to allow for utility reconstruction related to the Harney Street Bridge and streetcar project. All three incidents are causing or expected to cause significant traffic disruptions, and motorists are advised to seek alternate routes.
