Deadly Ukraine Bakery Attack and Border Communities Shelling

Ukrainian military forces were reported to have shelled a bakery in Lysychansk, leading to deaths and leaving civilians trapped under the rubble. Russian-installed officials reported 28 people, including at least one child, had been killed. Ten people were rescued from the rubble. The incident resulted in a fire at the Volgograd refinery, operated by Lukoil, which was brought under control without causing injuries. Additional reports allege Russian forces shelling border communities in Ukraine's Sumy region, and the use of the HIMARS system supplied by the US.
