Aspinall and Gane weigh in for UFC 321 heavyweight title fight in Abu Dhabi

Tom Aspinall is set to defend his undisputed UFC heavyweight title against Ciryl Gane at UFC 321 in Abu Dhabi, marking Aspinall's first title defense after being elevated from interim champion following Jon Jones' retirement. Aspinall weighed in at 255 pounds, 7.5 pounds heavier than Gane, who weighed 247.5 pounds. This bout is Gane's third challenge for the undisputed heavyweight title, having lost two previous fights against Francis Ngannou and Jon Jones. Aspinall has increased his weight by 4 pounds since his last fight, where he won via knockout in a rematch against Curtis Blaydes. The event also features other bouts, including the bantamweight fight between Umar Nurmagomedov and Mario Bautista, with Nurmagomedov making weight on a second attempt, as well as a flyweight bout where Azat Maksum missed weight and will be fined. UFC 321 will also include a women's strawweight title fight between Virna Jandiroba and Mackenzie Dern.
