Eurostar Resumes Direct Amsterdam-London Service

Eurostar has resumed direct train services between Amsterdam and London after an eight-month pause due to terminal renovations at Amsterdam Centraal Station. The direct route allows passengers to bypass Brussels, significantly reducing travel time. Eurostar plans to run up to three daily services on weekdays and Sundays and two on Saturdays until March 29, after which the service will pause again for further renovations until April 22. The new terminal increases passenger capacity by 10%, with plans to further expand capacity and service frequency by 2026. Eurostar's Chief Executive, Gwendoline Cazenave, expressed delight at the service's return, emphasizing its role in providing a sustainable and efficient travel option between the two capitals. The route offers a seamless connection for travelers, with fares starting as low as £39 each way.
