Multiple Swimmers Missing in Separate Beach Incidents

Search efforts for a missing swimmer at Rehoboth Beach, Delaware, were suspended after a Black man in his 20s was last seen in distress in the Atlantic Ocean near Olive Avenue on July 12, with witnesses calling 911 after lifeguards had already left for the day.
