Paul Skenes Surprises Livvy Dunne on 23rd Birthday

Livvy (Olivia) Dunne turned 23 on Oct. 1 and shared Instagram Stories and posts showing boyfriend Paul Skenes’ elaborate pink-and-blue surprise — hundreds of balloons (some filled with cotton candy), a towering balloon “cake,” white roses and an “It is your birthday” sign. The couple also enjoyed an early birthday date night in New York City, where Dunne wore a gold Dolce & Gabbana corset mini and posed with a martini-glass “cake” and a glass of red wine. Dunne and Skenes, both former LSU athletes who began dating in 2023, have publicly supported each other’s careers; Dunne retired from gymnastics in April 2025 and has since expanded her modeling and influencer work. Skenes finished the 2025 MLB season with elite numbers (sub-2.00 ERA) and remains in All-Star and Cy Young conversations. Skenes posted a birthday montage and message and Dunne praised his efforts in video, while friends, teammates and fans flooded the posts with well-wishes.
