Marvel Rivals, a successful hero shooter from NetEase, is potentially heading to the upcoming Nintendo Switch 2, as producer Weicong Wu confirmed discussions with Nintendo during the DICE Summit. The game, which has thrived on platforms like PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S since its release in December 2024, was previously deemed unsuitable for the original Switch due to hardware limitations. The Switch 2 promises enhanced processing power and graphics capabilities, which could enable a better gaming experience for Marvel Rivals. Wu remarked that the team is working on development kits and remains open to porting the game if optimal performance can be achieved.
