Homes England Forms Joint Venture for Affordable Housing

Meanwhile, Homes England has launched a £54m joint venture with Pension Insurance Corporation and Muse to construct 3,000 affordable, low-carbon homes to address housing shortages, aiming for rents 20% below market levels. Additionally, Homes England secured £56m from HM Treasury to accelerate regeneration projects in Liverpool's northern docklands, enhancing infrastructure for approximately 2,350 new homes.
