Massachusetts Beverly Plane Crash Kills Pilot, Passenger

A small plane crashed shortly after takeoff near Beverly Regional Airport on June 19, resulting in the deaths of pilot Geoffrey Andrews, 30, of Melrose, and passenger Joseph Puciloski, 28, of Malden. Andrews, an MIT aerospace engineer who was passionate about flying and aspiring to become a flight instructor, died at the scene, while Puciloski initially survived but later succumbed to his injuries in the hospital.
