Police investigate homicide on Laconia Avenue, Roanoke

Roanoke Police are investigating a fatal shooting that occurred on Laconia Avenue Northeast on Thursday, resulting in the death of 22-year-old Donovan Leander St. Juste at the scene. The incident unfolded around 2:41 p.m. when St. Juste confronted another man and a teenager in a vehicle, both of whom were armed, leading to the shooting.
