Halsey Develops Dark Comedy Series 'Bloodlust'

Halsey is venturing into the realm of screenwriting with a new dark comedy series titled 'Bloodlust' for Amazon Prime Video, where she will serve as creator, writer, and executive producer. Ti West, known for his work on the 'X' trilogy, is attached to direct and also serve as an executive producer, while Mark Friedman will be the showrunner. Although plot details remain under wraps, the series has been in development for some time with Halsey and her manager, Anthony Li, involved. Halsey recently appeared in West’s film 'MaXXXine', and her transition to screenwriting marks an expansion of her artistic endeavors beyond music. The project is produced by Amazon MGM Studios, and both Halsey and West bring significant experience from their respective fields to this collaboration.
