FBI Seeks Help Identifying John Doe 49 Nationwide

The FBI is seeking public assistance to identify 'John Doe 49,' a man who may have critical information regarding a child victim in an ongoing sexual exploitation investigation. Described as a white male between 45 and 65 years old, he is bald with a dark goatee and has distinctive tattoos, including 'Dabby' on his right chest and '197' on his left bicep. The video of the man was first recorded by the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children on or before July 2024. The FBI has not filed any charges against him and is releasing his images nationwide to gather information on his identity. This effort is part of the FBI's Operation Rescue Me and Endangered Child Alert Program initiatives.
