One Dead in Random Oxford Shooting

A shooting in Oxford, Michigan, on Christmas Eve resulted in one death and two injuries. The incident, which occurred around 6:30 p.m. on Ray Road, is being deemed a 'random' act of violence by authorities, who reported that the suspect was merely passing through the area. The Oakland County Sheriff's Office confirmed that the shooter, a convicted felon with a history of weapon offenses, was arrested at the scene, and a firearm was recovered. The sheriff's office is pursuing all possible charges against the suspect.
