Al Pacino celebrated his girlfriend Noor Alfallah's 30th birthday with a star-studded bash, where he was seen helping her blow out candles on a three-tier cake in an Instagram video shared by Noor's sister. Despite Noor's actual birthday being in December 2023, she has a tradition of celebrating early, having done so last year as well. The couple welcomed their son, Roman, in June 2023, and following a custody agreement, Noor was granted primary physical custody while they share joint legal custody, with Pacino required to pay $30,000 monthly in child support. Noor expressed her joy of motherhood, calling Roman
