Deborah Norville Leaving 'Inside Edition' After 30 Years
Deborah Norville, the longtime host of 'Inside Edition,' announced her departure from the show after 30 years, citing a desire to pursue new opportunities that the position no longer allows. Norville, who joined 'Inside Edition' in 1995, is set to host a new syndicated trivia game show called 'The Perfect Line' starting in fall 2025. During her announcement, she expressed gratitude for her time on the show and the talented team she worked with. Executive producer Charles Lachman praised her significant contributions to the show's success. Norville, a two-time Emmy Award winner and a member of the Broadcasting Cable Hall of Fame, has also been involved in various roles outside television, including being an author and lecturer. A replacement host for 'Inside Edition' has yet to be announced.
