Moscow Explosion Kills General Kirillov

Lieutenant General Igor Kirillov, head of Russia's Nuclear, Biological, and Chemical Defence Forces, was killed in a bombing outside a residential building in southeastern Moscow, along with his assistant. The explosive device was hidden in an electric scooter and detonated as they were leaving the area.
