Stellantis Delays Ram 1500 REV and Ramcharger Launch

Stellantis has delayed the launch of its Ram 1500 REV electric pickup and the Ramcharger to 2025, due to quality assurance processes and a substantial production workload. The Ram 1500 REV, now aiming for up to 500 miles of range, and the Ramcharger, which will include a range-extending V6 engine, are part of Stellantis' broader EV strategy utilizing the new STLA Frame platform. This platform supports battery-electric, hybrid, plug-in hybrid, and hydrogen fuel-cell powertrains, allowing flexibility in a fluctuating market.
