Multiple Arrests Made in Red Bluff Traffic Stop

In a recent traffic stop in Red Bluff, California, law enforcement arrested three individuals, including a juvenile, after discovering firearms and drugs in their vehicle. The front passenger, 20-year-old Santiago Carrillo, was found with a loaded Ruger 5.7 pistol and arrested for carrying a concealed firearm and possession of cocaine. Another passenger, 18-year-old Luis Maldonado, was discovered with a stolen Glock 40-caliber pistol and also arrested for similar firearm offenses. A 17-year-old male juvenile was detained for public intoxication, while the driver, 21-year-old Sitlaly Garcia Luvia, received a citation for driving without a license. In a separate incident in Hobbs, New Mexico, police arrested 28-year-old Jesus Rodriguez-Lopez for a shooting and armed robbery, along with 20-year-old Ezekiel Mendoza, who was charged with conspiracy. Rodriguez-Lopez faces several serious charges, including aggravated battery and kidnapping, following a violent confrontation that led to a female victim being hospitalized.
