Kentucky, Indiana Police Charge Multiple Men with Child Pornography Crimes

Recent investigations in Owensboro, Kentucky, have led to multiple arrests related to child pornography. Two students from Kentucky Wesleyan College, Soufian Khaloufi Ouahbi and Alejandro Cuesta, were arrested after police discovered child sexual abuse material on Ouahbi's phone during a voyeurism investigation involving a female student. Separately, 20-year-old Blake Parker from Anderson, Indiana, faces ten felony charges after admitting to viewing and sharing child pornography, with over 1,000 images found on his devices. Additionally, Joey Rust, a 46-year-old Owensboro resident, was arrested with over 30 counts of possessing child pornography, following a tip-off from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children. Rust's charges were increased after further evidence was found on his phone, including videos of child sexual abuse. The cases highlight ongoing concerns about child exploitation and the extensive use of digital platforms for sharing illicit material.
