Amari Allen, a four-star small forward from Ashwaubenon High School in Green Bay, Wisconsin, has committed to Alabama for the 2025 basketball recruiting cycle. Allen, ranked as the 98th best player nationally and the top player in Wisconsin, chose Alabama over several schools, including Minnesota, after building a strong relationship with head coach Nate Oats and his staff. During the summer, he demonstrated his skills by averaging nearly 17 points per game and shooting 41% from three-point range on the Adidas 3Stripes Select Basketball circuit. Allen expressed confidence in Alabama's ability to develop players for the professional level, citing the program's commitment and success in sending players to the league. As the first commitment of the 2025 class for Alabama, he is expected to contribute significantly to a team that aims to replicate its recent Final Four success. The Crimson Tide will begin their season on November 4 against North Carolina-Asheville.
