Fatal Gun Attack on Passenger Convoy in Kurram

On Thursday, a convoy of passenger vehicles traveling from Parachinar to Peshawar was attacked in the Uchat area of Kurram district, resulting in at least 33 fatalities and around 40 injuries, including women and a police officer. Reports indicate that unidentified gunmen opened fire indiscriminately on the convoy, with victims taken to local hospitals for treatment.
