Jack Woolley Joins Dancing With The Stars 2025

The United Way of Central West Virginia is set to return with the fourth season of its Dancing with the Stars fundraising initiative, featuring six local celebrity couples competing in a dance-off for charity on May 2 at the Charleston Coliseum. Among the participants is Olympian Jack Woolley, the first athlete to represent Ireland in taekwondo at the Olympics, who expressed excitement about the new challenge despite his nerves regarding the dancing techniques and spray tan preparations. Woolley, who also recently competed at the Paris 2024 Olympics, believes his athletic background will aid him in learning the dance steps. Other celebrities joining the show include former Miss Universe Ireland Aishah Akorede, who has a ballet background, and comedian Gearóid Farrelly, with further contestants to be revealed soon. The show will be hosted by Doireann Garrihy and Jennifer Zamparelli, who noted that this year's casting is her favorite so far. The event aims to raise funds for the United Way while showcasing a mix of talents from various backgrounds.
