The Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) has released its fourth and fifth lists of candidates for the Haryana Assembly elections, bringing their total to 70 candidates so far. Notable candidates include Kavita Dalal from Julana and Raj Kaur Gill from Ambala Cantonment. The Jannayak Janta Party (JJP) and Azad Samaj Party (ASP) alliance released their third list of 18 candidates, supporting former minister Ranjit Singh Chautala in Rania. Meanwhile, the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) announced its second list of 21 candidates, leading to internal discontent with the exclusion of seven sitting legislators, including two ministers. Former Congress Chief Minister Bhupinder Singh Hooda filed his nomination from Garhi Sampla-Kiloi, rallying supporters with a call for a decisive battle against the BJP. Both AAP and BJP have now announced candidates for the majority of the 90 assembly seats, with elections scheduled for October 5 and votes to be counted on October 8.
