easyJet has announced new direct flights from London Luton to Tbilisi, Georgia, starting April 1, 2025, marking its first foray into the Georgian market. The twice-weekly service, operating on Tuesdays and Saturdays, will offer UK travelers convenient access to the vibrant Georgian capital. In addition, British Airways is reintroducing its London Heathrow to Tbilisi route, which it last operated in 2013, enhancing connectivity between the UK and Georgia. easyJet’s entry into this route underscores its commitment to expanding travel options and catering to growing demand for unique destinations. The new routes from easyJet and British Airways signify a boost in tourism and business links between the UK and Georgia. Previously, the only direct flights to Georgia from the UK were by Wizz Air to Kutaisi, a smaller city four hours from Tbilisi.
