Car Crashes into Multiple Centennial Buildings, One Hospitalized

A Volvo station wagon crashed into multiple office buildings at 6432 S. Quebec St. in Centennial on Monday morning, resulting in one person being hospitalized after needing to be extricated from the vehicle. Fortunately, no injuries were reported among the occupants of the buildings, which include 14 businesses in Building 7. Emergency crews from South Metro Fire Rescue (SMFR) responded to the scene, evacuating all occupants and assessing the structural integrity of the affected buildings. The Arapahoe County Sheriff’s Office is investigating the cause of the crash, which caused significant structural damage to one building that is currently being shored up.
