Miener, Meyer, O'Hara, Steel Earn League Pitcher Honors

This week, several collegiate pitchers were recognized for their outstanding performances. Austin Peay's Samantha Miener earned the ASUN Pitcher of the Week title after pitching 10.2 scoreless innings and securing her eighth win of the season. West Virginia's Chase Meyer also received accolades as the Big 12 Pitcher of the Week, boasting 12 strikeouts in just 5.2 innings while achieving two wins against Towson and Oklahoma State. Additionally, George Mason's Connor O'Hara was named Atlantic 10 Pitcher of the Week for a complete-game shutout against Dayton, where he struck out six. Finally, St. Olaf's junior pitcher Steel made his mark by striking out nine batters in a strong performance, earning recognition as the MIAC Pitcher of the Week. These players exemplify the skill and competitiveness in collegiate baseball this season.
