Kamran Akmal Criticizes PCB's Professionalism

Former Pakistan wicketkeeper-batter Kamran Akmal has criticized the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) for its lack of professionalism, urging them to learn from the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI). Akmal attributes Pakistan cricket's recent poor performance, including their exit in the group stage of the T20 World Cup 2024 and a humiliating 2-0 Test series defeat to Bangladesh, to the PCB's ego and mismanagement. He praised the BCCI's systematic approach, professionalism, and effective team management as key to India's success. Akmal also lauded Indian players Ravichandran Ashwin and Ravindra Jadeja for their outstanding performances in the first Test against Bangladesh, which India won by 280 runs. He emphasized that without such professionalism, Pakistan cricket will continue to struggle.
