Kieran Hayler Charged With Rape of 13-Year-Old

Kieran Hayler, 38, has been charged with three counts of rape and one count of sexual assault against a 13-year-old girl, with the alleged offences said to have taken place at an address in West Sussex between June 1 and October 13, 2016, while he was married to Katie Price. Sussex Police say the girl — who is not a member of the family — cannot be named for legal reasons and has received support from specially trained officers; Hayler remains released under investigation. He is due to appear at Crawley Magistrates' Court on November 19, 2025. His legal representative has strongly denied the allegations, saying he is cooperating with police and looks forward to clearing his name. Prosecutors have indicated Katie Price may be called to give evidence, and both Price and Hayler have been pictured in public since the charges were reported.
