Football stars Patrick Mahomes and Travis Kelce are set to open their highly anticipated steakhouse, 1587 Prime, in Kansas City on September 17, 2025. Created in partnership with hospitality group Noble 33, the restaurant aims to capture the essence of Kansas City through its design and bold culinary offerings, featuring premium steaks like Japanese A5 NY Strip, Boneless Ribeye, and a 40 oz Wagyu Tomahawk served tableside. The menu also includes unique items such as a Steak Tartare with hand-cut wagyu and a special Mahomes Ketchup Flight that offers three in-house made ketchups, reflecting Mahomes’ well-known preference for ketchup with steak. The interior design features a grand entrance resembling a stadium tunnel and spans two floors with 238 seats, incorporating luxurious elements like marble tables and gold accents. Reservations have already sold out rapidly, highlighting significant local excitement and demand, prompting efforts to add more seating.
